Line for making linear panels and cassettes FC-SP, FC-BF
ROLLSTEEL FC is the most modern and effective production line on the market! The production is directly from the coil and necessary adjustments for parameters are easy to make by servo-motor, the length and the quantity are fed on the touch screen. The production process is very fast (depending on the product type the production capacity is 5 – 10 pcs of finished product / min) and there are also less possibilities for human mistakes as there is no handwork at all after feeding the sheet into the line.
Modern design of machine frame is made with laser-cut and machining. It is not just accurate, it is also very practical in many ways. This creative construction enables well-functioning width adjustments, high-accurate clearance adjustments and well protected power transmission – everything in nice package with handy safety covers which are sliding smoothly over each other (overlapping). Also some future expansions are possible and easier to carry out.

- Line for making façade cassettes (variant 2 – FC-BF)

Lightweight purlin systems make building construction fast and easy, allowing you to build the envelope and exterior wall and roof structures with little effort. Rollsteel line allows you to produce a wide selection of purlins, which are suitable for both insulated and uninsulated roofs and walls. Installation of purlins is quick, thanks to clever punching system, which allows to holes, embossed cups, etc.
